Our dishes are the creation of Chef George Meza and Sous Chef Alex Razon. Their Menu is seasonal, with a focus on light, enriching local ingredients. Our restaurant can be enjoyed with or without a reservation to the communal bath. You can view a sample menu here.
We offer a variety of teas and tisanes sourced by Tap Twice Tea. We also offer a curated selection of Japanese sakes and a sake on tap from local brewer, Sequoia Sake.
