Restaurant, Delicatessen, Wine Bar. It is not easy to define Salumeria Roscioli in a definitive way. The idea comes from Alessandro and Pierluigi Roscioli in 2002, when by mutual agreement they decided to turn the family ‘grocery’ into a multi-functional deli, an atypical restaurant, where the quality of the raw material was the key word.
Not by chance the motto settling the top of the business card is: “… before cooking“. A mission statement and, somehow, a certificate of humility, because in addition to the quality of the raw material, clearly visible in the wide counter in the entrance, the kitchen in Roscioli is well present and it’s a sough after destination for gourmets and food lovers from all over the world.
